NFT refers to Non-fungible token. It is a digital data which is stored on a Blockchain. NFTs can be digital files such as photos, audios and videos.
NFTs are used to provide a proof of ownership to a person, but it do not restrict the sharing or copying the digital file.
Let's understand it more. Imagine that you have bought a painting, then you have the ownership of the painting. Like this in NFTs, if you have bought a painting in a form of a digital photo, then you have the ownership of that digital photo, but it doesn't mean that sharing or copying that digital file is restricted. In NFTs the digital file can be a photo, a video, and a audio.
